Merit system principles and prohibited personnel practices drive federal human resources management decisions. This course provides a high-level overview of the federal human resources environment.

Who Should Attend?
Administrative specialists, management analysts and technicians who assist in handling human resources issues. This course is not appropriate for individuals who have already completed the Human Resources Management for Administrative Personnel (PMGT8002D).
