Graduate School USA (GSUSA) lost one of our own on May 3, 2016, with the passing of Arthur Casabianca. “Art,” who had been a fixture at GSUSA for 16 years, taught management, analysis and statistics courses and worked on a variety of curriculum course content updates throughout the years, including Project Management and Financial Management.
He served as an extraordinary and much-sought-after instructor for a myriad of courses. Art loved teaching; he loved people. He was caring, inspiring and funny!
A native of New York City, Art was a graduate of the Bronx High School of Science and Columbia University and went on to earn two masters degrees. He worked as a civil engineer, a senior manager in several federal government agencies, and later, as a training consultant for government and private agencies, before retiring to start his own consulting business in 1996.
Art was a loving and devoted father to Leah and Julie. In his spare time, Art loved collecting vintage cars, coins and model trains. Graduate School USA is honored to have known and worked with Art Casabianca.
His quality teaching skills, commitment to excellence and quick wit will truly be missed by colleagues and participants alike.
