## Overview

Lead large, complex federal programs with a systems perspective. This certificate deepens your skills in total life cycle management, acquisition strategy and source selection, life-cycle cost estimating within the federal budget process, and strategic leadership.

Four courses prepare experienced Program Managers to shape acquisition strategy, defend program budgets through PPBE, and lead change across organizational boundaries.
