## Overview

Government supervisors are increasingly expected to coach, not just direct — but most never receive structured training in how to do it. This self-paced course teaches the widely used GROW model (Goal, Reality, Options, Will) and shows supervisors how to use it in real federal and local conversations: performance discussions, development planning, problem-solving, and career conversations. Participants practice short coaching conversations they can use the same day they finish the course.
