The overall objective of this course is to provide you with a set of coaching skills to be able to self-coach as well as to coach and motivate others to discover their own solutions. Communication skills must not only deliver clear messages that motivate, but effective messages also empower the employee to seek out knowledge and challenges in a global setting.
