By the end, you'll feel confident managing milestones, dependencies, and updates across every phase of a project.

You'll learn how to develop a clear Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), define activities, durations, and logic ties, and build fully functional construction schedules in Smartsheet. The course also walks you through managing task dependencies and resources, along with proven techniques for keeping schedules current through regular updates, four week lookaheads, and pull planning strategies that help keep projects on track.
