## Overview

This course helps you develop practical critical thinking skills you can apply immediately in the workplace. Through instruction, discussion, and exercises, you will examine the differences between critical, mechanical, and emotional thinking; learn how to evaluate sources, distinguish fact from opinion, and assess the validity of arguments; and use frameworks such as Bloom’s Taxonomy, Socratic questioning, deductive and inductive reasoning, and problem-solving process maps to think more deeply and make better decisions. By the end of the course, you will be better prepared to analyze situations thoughtfully, identify faulty logic and hidden assumptions, and apply structured problem-solving strategies to workplace challenges.

#### Module 3: Deeper Thinking in the Workplace

- Use various critical thinking models, frameworks, and strategies to analyze situations and issues.
