## Overview

Federal HR offices hold some of an agency's most sensitive data and are responsible for correctly coding every cyber-related position. This foundational course covers both responsibilities, with no cybersecurity background required.

Learners study Privacy Act requirements, need-to-know access, and everyday habits that protect personnel data. They then learn the NICE Framework and the DoD Cyber Workforce Framework, assign work role codes, and write position descriptions that attract qualified cyber candidates.
