Ms. Samuels has an unmatched mastery of the Calculating Service Computation Dates. Rather than just reading the rules, she masterfully unpacks the why and the intent behind them. Her unique gift of breaking down complex mathematical formulas and heavy “math” language so that it suddenly 'clicks' for everyone in the room is nothing short of brilliant. She is hands-down the gold standard of federal instructors, and I cannot recommend their instruction highly enough!!
