## Overview

Practice the decisions that keep federal EEO counseling neutral, accurate and useful. Work through fictional cases to check current authority, explain procedural rights, ask neutral questions and maintain the boundary between counseling, advocacy and investigation.

Review resolution options and ADR handoffs, then repair closure documents and a counselor report. Complete an integrated case and identify changes to your counseling practice.
