## Overview

The Global Supply Chain Strategy Bootcamp is an intensive five-day program that combines two integrated courses into a single, progressive learning experience. Days one through three explore the geopolitical forces, regulatory frameworks, and operational networks that move goods from origin to end consumer—covering global sourcing and manufacturing, tariffs and sanctions, Incoterms®, country of origin determination, Foreign Trade Zones (FTZ), Duty Drawback, First Sale for Export (FSFE), sustainable packaging, warehousing, and end-to-end supply chain security. Participants examine real-world case studies that reveal how trade policy, regional alliances, and logistics decisions shape cost, risk, and competitiveness across industries.

Days four and five serve as the advanced capstone, extending the foundation into artificial intelligence and the future of supply chain management. Participants explore how AI-driven decision models, predictive analytics, digital supply chain twins, and agentic systems are redefining planning, sourcing, logistics, and distribution. The capstone also addresses governance, ethics, ESG performance, workforce transformation, and AI investment prioritization—preparing participants to build roadmaps, measure return on investment, and lead responsible AI adoption at enterprise scale. By the end of the bootcamp, participants leave with the strategic, regulatory, and technological fluency needed to design resilient, intelligent, and compliant global supply chains.
