## Overview

This course explores the strategies needed to excel in the Executive Core Qualification (ECQ) Driving Efficiency. You will evaluate emerging technologies and learn how to apply them strategically to improve organizational performance. The course covers responsible and ethical use of technology, including cybersecurity, data protection, and accessibility considerations. You will also apply financial management strategies to align mission priorities with budget proposals, monitor expenditures, and conduct cost-benefit analysis. Finally, you will strengthen your people management practices by diagnosing workforce challenges, using data and analytics to inform staffing decisions, and building high-performing teams. Through federal case studies, exercises, and real-world examples, you will learn to align people, funds, and technology to advance organizational priorities and achieve measurable results.
