This empowering course is designed to equip women with the tools and strategies necessary to become confident and effective advocates, agents of change, and negotiators. Participants will explore key negotiation techniques tailored to overcome challenges and leverage strengths unique to women in advocacy roles. The class focuses on building skills in influence and persuasion while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. Through interactive exercises, real-world scenarios, and group discussions, participants will learn how to find their voices, drive change, and make a lasting impact.
