## Overview

Deepen your knowledge of how the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Department of the Army (DA) PPBE systems work in acquiring, allocating, and managing resources. You'll explore the relationships among the DA budget cycle, acquisition process, and mission planning, and come away with a solid understanding of the documents generated throughout the PPBE process, the flow and sequencing of those documents, and how PPBE documents and requirements interface among the DA, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Military Services, Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS), and Commanders of the Combatant Commands.
