## Overview

This Project Management Bootcamp combines Level 1 and Level 2 courses to give you a comprehensive foundation in project management theory and practice. You’ll learn the five phases of project management—initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, along with key methodologies such as Waterfall, Critical Path, and Agile (including Scrum and Kanban). Through lectures, exercises, and practical strategies, you’ll gain the knowledge and tools to manage projects effectively, communicate with stakeholders, and prepare for a career in project management.

## What you'll learn

- Learn about the five phases of project management: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing
- Understand important foundational concepts and project management terms
- Learn about selecting projects, defining/planning/scheduling activities, managing resources, and much more
- Become familiar with the various duties and qualities of a project manager
- Understand project costs and budgeting
- Learn how to manage resources
- Manage risk, changes, and uncertainty
- Get an overview of Agile project management frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming (XP)
