## Overview

This introductory course provides a foundation in Revit, the leading software for Building Information Modeling (BIM). You’ll explore Revit Architecture’s core tools while gaining an understanding of how BIM streamlines collaboration and supports a data-driven design process across projects.

Learn how Revit’s interconnected model automatically produces 2D documentation from 3D designs, including floor plans, elevations, and perspectives. Taught by an Autodesk Certified Professional and seasoned project manager, the course offers practical insights drawn from real-world architectural, medical, and biotech construction projects.

## What you'll learn

- Understand the Revit interface, workspace, and essential tools
- Create parametric 3D models of buildings with tools for creating walls, doors, windows, roofs, and floors
- Create photorealistic renderings and walkthroughs to bring your designs to life
