## Overview

Take the PowerPoint Specialist Certification at your own pace with this package, which includes PowerPoint Level I and Level II courses, two hours of private exam prep, the official Microsoft PowerPoint Specialist Exam study guide, and the certification exam with a free retake.

To enroll, select your first class date for PowerPoint Level I. You can then schedule your next class, private training, and the Specialist Exam at your convenience—proctoring is included. You have up to two years to complete the certification, so there’s no need to set all dates at registration.

## What you'll learn

- Create presentations from templates and customize layouts, themes, and content structure
- Add and format text, bullets, and numbered lists using Outline View and other formatting tools
- Insert and enhance photos, SmartArt, and shapes with effects, cropping, and alignment
- Build and format tables, add connector lines, and import charts from Excel
- Save, print, and export presentations to PDF with professional formatting options
- Design custom PowerPoint themes with personalized color palettes, fonts, and reusable backgrounds
- Incorporate video, hyperlinks, and dynamic charts and tables from Excel for interactive presentations
- Collaborate and finalize projects using commenting tools, PDF export, and optimized printing settings

Linda Haynes-Jackson has worked as a contractor to the Federal Government and Graduate School for over 35 years. She facilitates a plethora of training classes, which include all levels of Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Power BI, Power Pivot, Access, Outlook, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint. In addition, she offers: Customer Service training and Section 508 Compliant Guidelines. She has delivered instruction to all levels of staff, including those who require special accommodations, and has received numerous training instruction awards. Her doctorate studies in Personnel Administration were at New York University. She has an M.A. from Villanova University and a B.S. from Temple University. She also managed an independent consulting company with clients such as: FBI, Environmental Protection Agency, Secret Service, USDA, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, NIH, Johnson and Johnson, Campbell Soup, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. She has won numerous awards for training from Fortune 500 companies and federal, state, and local governments. In addition, she has served as an Adjunct Professor at several accredited colleges for many years. Ms. Haynes-Jackson has been noted as a passionate, energetic, and engaging instructor.

Clarissa J. Corbin is an accomplished corporate trainer, project manager, and business consultant with over 25 years of experience designing and delivering impactful learning experiences.
