## Overview

#### Anyone Can Build a Website with WordPress

WordPress lets you create and manage a website, even without a background in web design or knowledge of the code behind websites. Whether you’re starting a new site or blog, or managing an existing WordPress site, this class is for you. It’s designed for learners of all levels, with no prior experience in computer graphics or coding required.

Over 40% of all websites are built with WordPress because it offers extensive functionality, including the ability to create themes (templates) that define a site’s look, feel, and features. In this course, you’ll learn how to create pages, edit content, and understand how you—or clients you design for—will use WordPress to create and update content.
