Jack Maykoski
President and CEO
Jack Maykoski holds the position of President and CEO at Graduate School USA. Previously, he served as Vice President for Training and Program Management with oversight for leadership development and government training services, contract administration, and customer service. With more than thirty years in the fields of professional development and training, and international development, Mr. Maykoski has extensive experience leading results-oriented capacity-building programs and providing technical assistance in many regions of the world. He has served on a number of boards and is currently President of the International Consortium for Government Financial Management.
Prior to his career with Graduate School USA, Mr. Maykoski worked for the U.S. Peace Corps in several capacities: as Country Director for three countries; as Chief of Operations in Washington, DC; and as a training director supporting Peace Corps Volunteers throughout the world.
Mr. Maykoski holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Minnesota.

Robert Kies
Chief Financial Officer
Over a span of more than 30 years in both the nonprofit and corporate sectors, Bob has held positions of progressive responsibility in administration, budgeting, and accounting. Before entering the financial world, he served in the United States Army and is a graduate of the Defense Language Institute. Bob graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland University College with a B.S. in Business.
James Green, J.D.
General Counsel
James Green serves as General Counsel of Graduate School USA. Mr. Green retired from the federal government in 2007 with over 37 years as an attorney and executive, having served at the Department of Justice, Department of the Treasury, and, most recently, with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM). At OPM, he was responsible for legal analysis, litigation, and policy integration involving federal human resource programs affecting over nine million federal employees, retirees, and dependents. He became a member of the Senior Executive Service in 1986.
Mr. Green was named first career Deputy General Counsel in the history of OPM, where he frequently acted as General Counsel. He received the SES Meritorious Rank Award from President Bush in 2005. He earned a B.S. degree (cum laude) from Boston University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and is a member of the bars of the State of New York and the District of Columbia.
Kim Price-Harwood
Vice President of Marketing, Communications, and Customer Service
Kim Price-Harwood serves as Vice President of Marketing, Communications, and Customer Service for Graduate School USA. In this capacity, she is responsible for providing strategic vision, direction and implementation of the core external interactions that help drive organizational success. This includes articulating the vision in tangible ways that translate into actionable activities in the areas of Marketing and Communications and Customer Service, including visibility and brand recognition, customer satisfaction and enhancing the customer experience.
Prior to joining Graduate School USA, Kim was a member of the senior strategic communications team at LeapFrog Solutions. She has also held senior marketing positions at companies such as Verizon Federal Markets and Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR). Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from American University and a Master of Science degree in Marketing Management from University of Maryland University College.
Beth Stoops
Vice President, Curriculum Products and Services
Beth Stoops is Graduate School USA’s Vice President of Curriculum Products and Services. She has more than 25 years of proven experience in strategic planning, organizational development, leading high-performing global teams, and profit and loss management. Ms. Stoops has specifically led and/or co-led in the design of certificate programs, undergraduate and graduate degree programs, as well as non-degree solutions and continuing education offerings in collaboration with university partners, professional services organizations, and corporate partners. She has experience in designing and teaching in multiple modalities: online, blended, and face-to-face. Ms. Stoops earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at Bowling Green State University and her Master of Arts degree at the University of Arizona.
