The government needs executives who can provide strategic leadership and whose commitment to public policy and administration transcends their commitment to a specific agency mission or an individual profession.
The Senior Executive Service (SES) is a separate personnel system covering more than 7000 positions throughout the federal government. Selection into the Senior Executive Service is the result of a rigorous competitive process.
Graduate School USA Leadership Development Program offers four SES seminars designed to help you position yourself for selection into SES. Each seminar reflects different key components of OPM's Executive Core Qualification (ECQ) Competencies.
Who can take SES Seminars?
