During this course, Winning and Managing Federal Grants, learners will gain an understanding of fundamental Federal grants topics and terminology, roles and responsibilities, and best practices to implement pre-award, post-award, and closeout phases of a federal grant. Learners discover federal application best practices, grant management fundamentals, and auditing principles to develop the essential professional attributes to secure and maintain Federal grant funding. Learners will engage in dialogue to analyze common compliance problem areas through guided interpretation of 2 CFR 200 and other relevant federal regulations. Learners will apply best practices and potential solutions that apply to a broad range of federal grant recipients.
