Learn the Phases of Project Management

1. Initiation: drafting a proposal
2. Planning: setting schedules, creating a budget, and communicating with stakeholders
3. Execution: managing and resolving issues related to scope, budget, challenges, and risks
4. Monitoring: ensuring project quality through ongoing tasks
5. Closing: finalizing the project and handing over deliverables

After a broad overview of the process, we’ll dive deeper into each phase. You’ll also receive a slide deck containing practical insights along with various exercises.

Waterfall, Critical Path, & Agile

Along with Waterfall and Critical Path project management methods, you’ll be introduced to Agile Project Management. How does Agile differ from Waterfall? You’ll get an overview of popular Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming (XP). Learning multiple methodologies will help you recognize the different approaches available, enabling you to choose the most effective style for each project.
