My overall experience in the course was great. I appreciated the course and curriculum that Ms. Robertson presented regarding AI in Federal HR Classification. I learned a lot about how AI is already integrated and continues to be integrated in HR.

I walked in skeptical, and now I have the knowledge and tools to reimagine classification workflows within my organization. I highly recommend this course for anyone responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing classification programs (from the lowest to the highest level). Some content may be basic for experienced AI users, but the foundational takeaways from the course are essential to successfully integrating AI into the federal government.

By the end of the course, my view on AI changed and I appreciated how I could better partner with AI technology efficiently and effectively to enhance what I do and how I could continue to use it responsibly to learn. Brian was very encouraging and appreciative of how I was interpreting the course and examples he provided.

I would highly encourage all graphic design certificate graduates to take advantage of this course! It's a wonderful addition to all the foundational learning covered for Adobe and will be necessary to know as the world and AI continue to converge. Eugenio helped make AI seem less overwhelming and helped me understand how it can be used practically. I am sure learning about AI will improve your design capabilities and expand your imagination, like it did for me!

He went at a good pace and was willing to stop for questions. He used good examples that weren't "pre-set" to work perfectly. He let the flaws in the tech show so we could recognize and deal with them on our own.
