Very much appreciated our instructor (Phillip G) teaching approach. He offered various real-life scenarios that related to the very technical HR material and coding that affects employees livelihoods and how important understanding the material and how to apply it is so important to ensure accuracy.

Overall good experience and enough time for each module we went over.

Al Laich was an excellent instructor. He taught the class at a highly learnable, well‑paced rhythm and demonstrated consistent professionalism throughout each session. His ability to break down complex concepts into clear, actionable insights made the course both engaging and valuable.

I really enjoyed this training. I took an interview training previously under a different vendor and I didn't think that class was as fruitful. The classes are fun, engaging, and interesting. I liked how EVERYONE had to conduct an interview as well. No one got away with just taking notes.

I would really enjoy attending another training course with Martin Standel. He was wonderful!!

I was not looking forward to attending a 3-day writing course, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed attending.

The instructor kept things light and had fun with an obviously dry subject matter. His anecdotes from his time as an IG gave us real world applications of the theories in class. He kept us all engaged without seeming like he was pulling teeth. Great guy and I'd take another class from him in a heartbeat.

I liked this opportunity to learn about staffing and placement. I am not in a rotating position as a PAQ, so this was a chance for me to broaden my knowledge about a subject that I may not see again for a while.

She was very inviting and encouraged the class to offer participation via questions and group exercises. She presented the information thoroughly to make sure we were following along and grasping the concepts for those of us who were new to the budgeting side.
