Mr. McCain was incredibly knowledgeable about the law and specific case studies used to demonstrate. He also incorporated relevant examples from his experience and those occurring today in the news cycle. It is a tough topic, but he made it interesting and applicable to all of us with diverse positions and oversight. Thank you!

Deirdre brought wonderful energy to the course and kept everyone engaged throughout, which is no small feat considering how dry the subject matter can be. She clearly has a deep understanding of Classification principles and communicated that knowledge effectively to the class.

I could go on for a long time about how good Kristin is as an instructor. She presented herself as a professional right off the bat. Her credentials are nearly peerless. Comfortable in her presentation, and didn't fluster when there was little or no class participation. She was happy and positive, which created an educational environment where learning thrives. I even use what I learned from the Internal Consulting Skills for Federal HR Professionals in my conversations with family and friends; it's a game-changer!

This was an excellent learning experience for me, covering a broad range of categories that Administrative Officers deal with. The content was very valuable for me, as a new Administrative Officer. I can utilize some of the tools, like the focus funnel, to help manage my tasks and time.
