This course is very interesting, the instructor is very knowledgeable, and I think it should be provided to all auditors as early in their careers as possible to ensure success in their audit efforts. This is the best course that I have taken through Graduate School USA over the last 35 years.

After attending this 2-day class, I have learned valuable information on how to expand my customer service skills. From the helpful tips on personality traits to the dos and don'ts when I am approached by a customer, plus many other tools that were provided in class, all will help me to administer excellent customer service effectively. Instructor Sanders is an OUTSTANDING teacher. His class was well prepared, well-balanced, and very informative. The examples Mr. Sanders uses are applicable to everyday experiences and are key to learning how to handle situations that we face on the job.

A great foundation for emerging or prospective supervisors with invaluable insight and advice for both first-timers and veterans. The instructor was knowledgeable about the course material and expanded on the prepared talking points with engaging anecdotes that demonstrated the situation from her own experience.

A great experience. I can already feel my government writing skills improving. I enjoyed the balance of material to exercises, along with involving the students during the exercises. I was concerned I would have trouble focusing during an online class, but this balance of lecture, exercise, and engagement, along with strictly sticking to the breaks, allowed me to stay as engaged, if not more so, than an in-person class.
