I thought this course was excellent. I feel much more prepared to get my affairs in order and position myself for a more secure retirement. At first, I was a little concerned when I saw that there were only two students enrolled in the class. However, it turned out to be an ideal setting. The small class size gave the instructor the opportunity to spend more time focusing on the topics that were most important to us and to address our specific questions and interests.

Miss Trina was so much fun and was open to learning with us when we questioned the reasoning behind certain answers in the book. She also did a wonderful job facilitating and ensuring everyone participated and kept us engaged throughout the course. I would certainly take another course led by Miss Trina!

I highly recommend the Strategic Human Capital Management course with instructor Bob Criscuolo. Bob has a remarkable ability to present complex strategic human capital concepts in a clear, easy-to-follow format, and his credibility as an SES speaks for itself. What truly set this course apart was that Bob lived the case study firsthand, bringing a level of authenticity and real-world perspective that made the material both personal and immediately applicable. This course has supported my professional growth and has challenged me to think more strategically, moving beyond day-to-day operations to focus on the bigger picture.

Well executed and very informative class. Content was presented and showcased well throughout the participant guide. Examples and exercises were relatable to the topics at hand and assisted in providing more clarity and understanding to the class. Very knowledgeable instructor. Described topics in detail and provided real-life examples from personal experience. Talked through scenarios to provide a clearer understanding of the information.
