I am very satisfied with this class and what I learned over the 4 days. I will be looking into additional courses in the future and recommending courses to my colleagues, as well. Dawndee was extremely knowledgeable on the subject and really went above and beyond to answer questions and provide additional resources on topics when asked about them. She created a comfortable and collaborative learning environment where no one was afraid to speak up or ask questions. She also moved a great pace that and had a way of making the material digestible and easy to retain. Thank you, Dawndee!

Deborah did a great job teaching us about interpersonal communications! I appreciate her realizing that though we're not talkative, its not personal. We're auditors and mainly introverts :) Debbie was thoroughly enjoyable, patient, and flexible. One of the best teachers here.

Very good class. This class is very important to make exam takers to be more successful and focused so that they pass the Certified Internal Auditor Exam.

Highly recommend this class. Phil was enthusiastic and thorough. He gave examples that made the concepts easier to understand especially since there was a lot of information to learn in the 5 days. I'd gladly take another class that he teaches.
