This is a great foundational Employee Management Relations (EMR) training for newly hired EMR Specialist to include a great refresher for the more seasoned EMR Specialist.

I recently completed the 10‑day online Basic Position Classification course, and it was an excellent introduction to the field. As someone who is new to classification, I found the course to be very well structured and easy to follow. It provided the foundational knowledge I needed to feel confident navigating the responsibilities of my new position.

Ms Kay Rodgers was engaging and kept the class involved in the discussion.

I would recommend that all new employees be scheduled for this training and hopefully that Ms. Rodgers will training.

The material and the content were very informative and very helpful. Attending this class helped me understand more of the material.

A rapid introduction into the key differences between audits, evaluations, and inspections and how best to apply such differences to your work unit's ongoing work.

I will use the resources from today's class and share them.

Overall, the training was excellent. I gained a great deal of valuable information, and the content sparked several questions that I'm interested in exploring further. I also gained some strategies and ideas that I can take back and apply to a current program that I'm involved in implementing at my center.

As someone who believes in data, I wasn't sure what to expect going into this since I didn't need to be 'convinced' of its value. However, I walked away with some great perspectives and tools to make me a stronger employee and leader through the use of data.

Tammy was great, clearly knows a lot about calculating SCDs and is very comfortable with the material.
