Washington, DC – August 11, 2025 – Graduate School USA (GSUSA) is proud to announce its featured panel session at the upcoming 2025 GovHR Conference, titled “Career Pathing: Designing Learning That Drives Workforce Results.” The session will be led by Brian Simms, Senior Product Director at GSUSA, and David Bachrach, Principal at Innovation Group.
As part of GSUSA’s ongoing commitment to advancing federal workforce excellence, this session will offer practical strategies for aligning training content with mission-critical skills. About the Speakers
Brian Simms brings over two decades of experience in federal training and workforce development. As Senior Product Director at GSUSA, he leads the design and delivery of learning solutions that support government agencies in building future-ready talent. His work focuses on competency-based learning, instructional design, and strategic workforce planning.
David Bachrach is a nationally recognized HR expert with more than 30 years of experience supporting federal agencies and contractors. As Principal of Innovation Group, he has led transformative HR initiatives across over 100 law enforcement and federal organizations. Known for his creative and results-driven approach, Bachrach specializes in classification, staffing, and policy consultation, and is a sought-after instructor and speaker in the federal HR space.
