Garfield is a great instructor! Great pace, instruction, and command over the material. I deeply appreciated his humor and time management.

  • Nicholas D. Sep 4, 2025

It was a very nice experience!

  • Luana B. Sep 4, 2025

Instructor Garfield Stinvil was amazing, very knowledgeable, and helpful. I loved the materials and extra resources given in the class.

  • Kyler J. Sep 4, 2025

Garfield was great as always. Very helpful in breaking down the logic behind the code.

  • Jonathan C. Sep 3, 2025

    Great format with fantastic explanations.

  • Jen Park Sep 2, 2025

If you're thinking about taking a Data Science and Python bootcamp, Noble Desktop might be the only one in NYC that still offers both in-person and online courses and class retakes! Python for Data Science with Kash = highly recommended!

  • Ramon Xulvi-Brunet Aug 31, 2025

The course is very, very well structured. I am amazed to have seen so many things in just one week. And what to say about the instructor, Kash? Simply... Excellent. Someone with huge experience in Python and Data Science, who was able to make us easily understand quite advanced things in just one week! Fully recommended course!

  • Marcin Iwanicki Aug 12, 2025

Super passionate, outstanding instructor. The format of using notebooks is great vs. PowerPoint and moving between PowerPoint and Visual Studio or Google Colab.

  • Djakaridia K. Aug 11, 2025

Outstanding class from Brian, once again. 5 stars.

  • Nicholas D. Aug 8, 2025

Wonderful instructor, super knowledgeable about the content. It was great.

  • Alan Sanchez Aug 5, 2025

I really appreciate that this program offers both in-person and online instruction. What stood out to me and ultimately sealed the deal was the commitment to keeping in-person learning alive. So many bootcamps have moved everything online, and while flexibility is great, nothing beats hands-on, face-to-face interaction when it comes to learning. I genuinely hope the school continues to grow without losing that in-person experience that sets it apart.

  • Marcin I. Aug 2, 2025

Brian is a very energetic and passionate instructor who responds well to questions. The material was appropriate, covering the basics, and the Combination of Google Colab and Slack was great.

  • Djakaridia Kone Aug 1, 2025

Great instructor. I like how Brian helped students when they had issues with their exercises. He made sure that everybody understood the assignment by asking questions. I will recommend this to anyone who wants to learn Python.

  • Aaron Helgren Jul 31, 2025

This bootcamp was exactly what I needed to demystify machine learning. Brian’s teaching style, real-world examples, and signature ‘Brianisms’ kept me fully engaged all week. The pace was fast, the content was spot on, and I walked away wanting more.

  • William B. Jul 28, 2025

    Garfield is an excellent instructor.

  • Djakaridia Kone Jul 25, 2025

I enjoyed this class. Shubhi, our instructor, was very knowledgeable and resourceful. She answered all questions when asked. Great class, overall.

  • Dennis G. Jul 24, 2025

A great course. I gained an incredible amount of knowledge in only 5 days.

  • Marcin I. Jul 23, 2025

    Shubhi is a great instructor.

  • Jim Kerekgyarto Jul 23, 2025

Noble Desktop and Brian McClain hit it out of the park again! Fasten your seatbelts and hold on, because this class is a rocket ship of learning. It brilliantly takes foundational Python and expands it naturally to show you how to develop working machine learning models. It is a lot of information for a 30-hour bootcamp, but the flow ensures understanding through carefully crafted exercises and real-world examples. A+

  • Frank P. Jul 22, 2025

The instructor explains material well, will answer questions, and work with students experiencing any issues.

  • Neil F. Jul 16, 2025

Great content, structure, and course materials with knowledgeable instructors.

  • Bernice W. Jul 11, 2025

The class content was well-written, practical, clear, and easy to follow. I appreciate all of the useful tips as well, and seeing key points and summaries in the "pull quotes" is especially helpful. Overall, it was one of the best "technical" trainings I've ever taken, and I will highly recommend it to colleagues.

  • Daniel O. Jul 11, 2025

Noble Desktop has proven to be one of the best out there!

  • Valerie N. Jul 10, 2025

Great instructor! He paced the class well and was very responsive to questions. His years of experience showed clearly.

  • Alan Sanchez Jun 25, 2025

The class content and materials were presented in a clear, organized way that made it easy to follow along and revisit topics when needed. I especially appreciated how well everything was documented, with helpful explanations that broke down the syntax and made complex concepts easier to understand.

What Can You Do With Coding Training?

Web and App Development

Coding expertise allows you to build websites from the ground up, with front-end and back-end languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You can design and maintain these websites or applications for desktop or mobile as well.

Software Engineering

With coding skills, you can create software for businesses and develop productivity tools with languages like JavaScript and Python. However, the world of coding doesn’t have to lack creativity. Many professionals learn to code so they can develop video games. Building interactive games with programming languages like C++ is one way to intertwine tech with worldbuilding and storytelling.

Data Analysis

Coding is essential for data analysis, typically using languages like Python, R, and SQL. You can analyze larger datasets in less time, quickly and easily generate insights, and create data visualizations with ease.

Cybersecurity

You can learn to write secure code and develop platforms that protect networks, servers, databases, and other digital spaces. The code can also easily detect vulnerabilities in systems, so you know where the weak spots lie.

How to Decide Which Coding Bootcamp is Right For You?

Choosing the right coding class can be challenging. With so many options, it’s hard to know where to start. The best place to begin is checking in with your goals. Are you aiming to break into the coding field, or are you a seasoned professional looking to upskill? Your goals determine the type of course you should choose, but the considerations below are also essential to think about before making a decision.

Course Content

By examining what the course is really going to cover, you’ll know whether it’s right for you based on what you want to achieve. A beginner might benefit from a comprehensive program that teaches coding from the ground up, whereas a professional will probably want to skip a few levels and study more advanced material.

Delivery Method

The delivery method of your chosen course will play a role in your motivation and success. If you’re someone who thrives with in-person instruction, you may have plenty of options in your city. However, if you prefer to learn from home, or have no choice, live online training is a great option as well. There are also self-paced options and even group training that can allow your team to pick up the same skills at the same time.

Budget and Schedule

Your budget and schedule will be two of the most important things to consider. You must go into this experience with realistic expectations about the time, energy, and money that you’re willing or able to put into learning to code. Shorter courses are more affordable, but a more in-depth program will pay off in the long run by getting you prepped for the job search. Consider the cost-to-benefit ratio of what it takes to start or advance in your coding career.

Reviews

Finally, it’s a good idea to read through the reviews left on each course. Honest feedback is always the way to go when checking on a course. In particular, take note of how many reviews a course has and if there are any similarities. If multiple people are saying the same thing, it’s likely to be a fairly accurate representation of the course, the delivery, and the teaching style rather than a hasty generalization.
