This hands-on course shows students how AI can assist with user research, insight synthesis, personas, journey maps, user flows, UX strategy, interface ideation, design reviews, usability testing, accessibility checks, UX writing, and project documentation.
Students will practice using AI to organize research notes, uncover patterns, draft UX deliverables, evaluate interface choices, summarize usability feedback, and convert findings into clear next steps. The course also covers responsible AI use, effective prompting, human oversight, evidence-based design decisions, and ethical UX practices.
