This self-paced course prepares learners to sit the Cloud Security Alliance's Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK) exam. It is built directly from the CSA Security Guidance (version 5) and the Cloud Controls Matrix, so its structure matches the current exam.

Twelve modules follow the guidance's twelve domains, from cloud architecture and governance to identity, workload and data security, and incident response. The final module covers Zero Trust and AI, and a comprehensive final assessment checks readiness.

Target Audience

This course is for cloud administrators and engineers, security analysts, governance, risk, and compliance professionals, IT auditors, systems and network administrators moving into cloud-focused roles, and program or project managers who oversee cloud initiatives, in both government and commercial organizations. It assumes working familiarity with foundational networking and information security concepts, such as access control, encryption, and basic risk management, but no prior cloud-specific experience. It is not written for complete newcomers to IT or information security with no foundational background, and it is not a hands-on cloud lab course: learners who need hosted lab practice with live cloud infrastructure should look for a lab-based offering instead.
