Strengthen the quality and traceability of a federal EEO investigative record. Use fictional evidence packets to turn legal updates and accepted claims into focused evidence questions, plan the investigation and assess documentary and electronic records.

Practice neutral interviewing, evaluate competing accounts through corroboration and write an investigative summary without deciding the merits. Audit a deficient file and revise your work using model feedback.

This course has a prerequisite

Prior initial federal EEO investigator training is required. Familiarity with federal-sector complaint investigations is expected. This course does not replace initial investigator training.
