Students can retake a class once within a year of the original class date.
- Students can use their free retake using the same delivery method (i.e., if you attend live online, your free retake will also be live online).
- Free retakes can also be used to reschedule a class outside of the regular policy (i.e., if you need to reschedule within 3 days of the class, you can use the free retake for your reschedule).
- The free retake policy is subject to the class running and having available seats. If the class is not running or there are no available seats, we will extend the retake period accordingly.
