Welcome back. So now that you have a pretty clear idea of what is working for you and what you need to work on, let's close out module one by reflecting on what we've worked on. So consider for yourself, to what degree have you successfully built quality work relationships? Are there things that you need to do more of? Most of us do.

Are there things that you need to do less of? Are there things that you need to do differently? As you ponder these questions, let's go to our summary for this module. What do we know? We know that quality relationships are absolutely crucial to our work success. We can't do it alone.

We know that these relationships are going to change as you move into leadership and as you continue to move into different levels of leadership. You want to make sure that you are planning for opportunities to really make those relationships work to their best, and we do that through our quality communication skills. We know that networking takes work, and as we invest in others, they will invest in us to broaden those relationships and continue to maintain them, especially as you move forward as an emerging leader.

I will see you in module two.
