For students new to Graduate School USA, we recommend exploring the full range of our offerings. Graduate School USA has a vast portfolio of curriculum available in many formats to meet different learning preferences.
If you learn best face-to-face, we offer in-person classes. If virtual instruction works better for you, we provide live online courses led by expert instructors. For those who prefer flexibility, we also have self-paced and on-demand classes. Additionally, our cohort-based programs are ideal for learners who thrive when working closely with peers.
Our curriculum includes skills-based training as well as leadership and management courses designed for every level in government service. No matter what stage you’re at in your career, you can find a program that helps you build the skills needed to succeed as a federal employee.
One of our most popular courses is Leadership Skills for Non-Supervisors, a two-day class designed for government employees who are not yet in leadership roles. It’s a powerful introduction for those who may not currently be managers, supervisors, or team leaders but want to prepare for future leadership opportunities. This course helps participants develop the confidence and abilities to step into those roles when the time comes.
