The Level II Management and Program Analysis Certificate Program is designed to build on foundational analytical skills and deepen participants’ expertise in data analysis, statistical techniques, and effective communication. This advanced program empowers learners to design analytical studies, use sophisticated analytical tools, and interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making. With a focus on data analysis and storytelling, participants will also refine their ability to present analysis results clearly, confidently, and persuasively. By completing Level II, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of analytical methodologies, enabling them to convey their insights effectively to key stakeholders and enhance their impact in program and management analysis roles.
The program includes three levels of achievement with courses in analysis, technology, and communication. The Level I provides an introduction to management analysis and provide a foundation for working with data. Level II is designed to provide more intensive instruction in analysis and an analytical view to approaching work. Level III is focused on applying analytical skills.
