Participants will learn to apply AI to lifecycle cost modeling, cost-benefit and cost-effectiveness analysis, independent cost estimate review, and capital planning — while maintaining compliance with GAO Cost Estimating and Assessment Guide standards and OMB requirements. No prior AI experience is required.
