The instructor was knowledgeable and energetic. She made the class interesting and fun. The class had good information on how to use AI for classification.

I have to admit I was lost in the sauce with the AI movement. I graduated from school years ago and have since then had no need to research or work using AI. When CoPilot was launched, I was hesitant to use any of it. After this class, I am ready to use it more and want to show my kids who are school age, so they can teach me more.

I use AI daily and didn't think I could get much from the course, but I was able to pick up many helpful tips and useful information to use AI more effectively in both professional and personal capacities.

Well-developed course to provide an intro to AI in Federal HR. Johnny demonstrated strong subject matter knowledge and effectively engaged the students throughout the class. He made excellent use of learning checks, real-world examples, and group discussions to ensure the material was clearly understood.

Great information as an introductory course. The instructor was very energetic and passionate about the topic.

Great intro to AI, especially for those who haven't used it much. I use AI on a daily basis, but it was interesting to learn the different types of AI data. Also nice that exercises were HR-related. The day went quickly. I appreciated hearing from other participants and how they use AI and, in some cases, their 'aha' moments.

I really enjoyed the course as it provided a lot of information that we can take with us to utilize in our day-to-day tasks. Class Content was spot on. No matter what experience you had with AI, the content was well-structured and easy to understand for all.

Johnny Bynum was very engaging and animated for a topic that could get dry and techie! Johnny kept my attention and engagement for the full 8 hours. He managed the virtual room expertly and engaged everyone. Look forward to other courses like this.

Ms. Sineta Robertson was personable, professional, and very knowledgeable about not only AI, but the federal sector HR and how it functions. She kept the course interesting and encouraged participation without being overbearing. She also paced the class perfectly, keeping us moving through while still allowing meaningful dialogue.
