Jeannette was a great instructor. She was always on time and kept the class engaged throughout each 3-hour session. "Do you follow me, everyone?" You better be prepared to say yes because she will check! She was very accommodating and helpful to students with IT issues or who fell a bit behind. Her ability to manage both the in-person class and virtual class was very impressive. She also provided real-world examples of how you can apply what we were learning in Excel.

Jeanette is very thorough and detailed in her instruction. I really appreciate the fact that she makes sure everyone is up to speed and understands the material before she proceeds. I would say I am intermediate in Excel, but after only two classes so far, I can say I definitely learned some neat new tricks I can use to save time and be more efficient.

I learned so many valuable skills that I can now implement in my everyday work.
