Participant Substitutions, Withdrawals, and Refunds
Graduate School USA (GSUSA) will provide a complete refund, if a student cancels enrollment and requests a refund in writing at least fourteen calendar (14) days prior to the start of the class. If a student cancels thirteen calendar (13) days or less prior to the class start date, GSUSA will allow the student to enroll in a future session of the scheduled class or transfer to another GSUSA course, and no cash refund or credit will be due. (If the future session or new course has a higher tuition, the student will be responsible for the difference in cost.) If a student cancels a class less than thirteen calendar (13) days prior to the first day of that class, does not attend the class, or does not transfer to a future session or another course, a administrative fee of $50.00 will be assessed to the student’s account and will be due. Any amounts paid in excess of the $50.00 fee will be retained by GSUSA and applied to the student’s account for future enrollments, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Students who miss part or all of class may retake the course at no additional cost under the retake policy, and no refund will be due or issued. Tuition is deemed fully earned upon the first day of the scheduled class.
Please allow up to 7 days for a refund to be processed.
Any refund must be requested within six (6) months of original payment date.
Self-Paced Courses
Once a student has accessed any portion of a self-paced course, tuition is deemed fully earned and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
To qualify for a refund:
- no lessons may have been accessed;
- all books and materials must have been returned to, and received by, GSUSA in their original condition if the course materials were included as part of the tuition;
- any refund request must be within 30 days of the original order date
