This is a refresher course for me; however, I have sharpened my skills and knowledge working through the case studies. The case studies were the most helpful to fine tune my understanding of the federal appropriations law.

Ms. Samuels has an unmatched mastery of the Calculating Service Computation Dates. Rather than just reading the rules, she masterfully unpacks the why and the intent behind them. Her unique gift of breaking down complex mathematical formulas and heavy “math” language so that it suddenly 'clicks' for everyone in the room is nothing short of brilliant. She is hands-down the gold standard of federal instructors, and I cannot recommend their instruction highly enough!!
