  • Yas Newgren Jun 13, 2023

This class is so much better than I thought it would be. I will consider more classes and absolutely recommend it to anyone who might be interested in advancing their skills. I originally thought of this as just learning an adjacent skill for my work, but I'm so excited about learning more that I'm considering to continue learning about Graphic Design and getting more into the programs than just kind of knowing my way around. Eugenio is very knowledgeable and such a great teacher. I'm getting so much more out of this class than I expected. So happy I went in person! It really seems they care and try hard to make it a wonderful in-person experience. Everything is clean, great equipment, nice space design. From the start, the communication has been incredibly quick and great, no matter whether I used chat on the site or email. I have only good things to say about this class and Noble Desktop. Thank you all so much for making this such a great experience!

  • Stanley Williams May 15, 2023

Eugenio is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and talented. He shared lots of industry insight and made the class interesting beyond simply learning the skills in the programs. I would definitely recommend taking a class led by Eugenio.

  • Cheyenne B. Mar 8, 2023

The course is very robust and full of practice exercises. Great way to learn and practice outside of class. I enjoy that we have two sets of materials: those that are related to the book and those that we use in class. Both are perfect for learning and understanding the full capabilities of the program. Overall, I enjoyed it! I had fun and learned a lot. I can already tell that my workflow and quality have improved.

  • Johnathan Xelo Mar 1, 2023

One word to describe this course: AMAZING!!! I learned a lot from the professor and got to experience great work by my classmates. Totally recommend it.

  • Rebecca Benedict Dec 12, 2022

I’m completing the Graphic Design Certificate feeling like I have direction. I am inspired and excited, and I entered this course feeling like I had no idea where I was going to go from here - I just knew I had to start with a certification of some sort. It was a huge shift for me, and I definitely recommend it to anyone who is thinking about it and needs a change in their work life.

  • Miguel Guzman Dec 9, 2022

This class was very informative and fun to take! I learned how to use the main Adobe programs and learned many new skill sets while completing my portfolio work. Excellent class.

  • Joana Miranda Dec 9, 2022

Taking the Graphic Design Certificate course has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. The teachers are top-notch, yet relatable and always helpful. I've learned an incredible amount in a short span of time, and I'm already seeing results from the hard work I put in. Lastly, the environment both on campus and for remote learning via Zoom was always comfortable and friendly.

  • Irena Zharova Nov 30, 2022

I am not afraid of Illustrator anymore! I liked this class a lot. After trying plenty of Google and YouTube tips and tutorials, I realized that I needed hands-on training with a live instructor. It is not enough to follow YouTube videos for gaining real experience—they create a false feeling of know-how that doesn't manifest in real projects. I am very happy that my organization paid for this course, and it was worth every penny they spent because I can now do my needed job projects confidently.

Many major companies are already headquartered here, and many that aren’t are considering moving to the region in the coming years. Take John Paul Mitchell Systems, for instance -- they’re moving to Dallas in the near future because they recognize potential when they see it. Learning Illustrator in a place like this gives you a wide array of career options, whether you want to work for top-name companies like John Paul Mitchell, AT&T, Texas Instruments, or Southwest Airlines, or for a more local, mom-and-pop shop, you can find a way to utilize your Illustrator training.

Illustrator Classes Boston

Boston’s job market is filled with opportunities at every corner, but the competition is fierce. If you want to find a role in graphic design, you’ll want to learn Illustrator to give you a competitive edge against other applicants. Luckily, Boston has several industries that make it unique for finding Illustrator-relevant jobs. To start, there’s a strong education industry here, mostly supported by the numerous universities across the region (think Harvard, MIT, Boston University, and Northeastern University, to name a few). To create compelling informational and engaging promotional materials, you’ll need strong Illustrator skills. Being able to use this software sets you apart and lets your future employer know that you have what it takes to communicate effectively through a multimodal lens.

Illustrator Classes Miami

The city of Miami is filled with exciting opportunities, and having Illustrator skills gets you closer to those opportunities and expands them considerably. For instance, the hospitality industry has a huge need for Illustrator professionals, typically hiring roles such as Graphic Designer, Content Manager, and Digital Artist. Hotels, like the Double Tree Miami, for instance, need strong marketing teams who often use Illustrator to design posters, social media content, and even things like event materials and menus. Illustrator lets you explore your creative side, which pays off heavily in a fun and vibrant city like Miami.

Illustrator Classes Philadelphia

The Philadelphia job market is diverse and wide-ranging, whether you’re looking for work in education, healthcare, manufacturing, tech, or finance. With Illustrator training, you could work for universities, hospitals, and major corporations that need super clear and crisp graphics for marketing and social media purposes. Likewise, Illustrator can be used for internal communications as well, making complex information easier to break down and understand. Most Philly-based companies know that visual communication is one of the strongest forms, so having someone with keen visual design and communications skills can be a huge asset.

Illustrator Classes Phoenix

Phoenix is growing its tech industry substantially year after year, which likely has connections to the consistent growth in the region. For designers who use Illustrator, there are more opportunities to work, ranging from creating branding materials for small startups or producing clear data visualizations for larger companies. If you want to work in a Phoenix industry where you’ll engage with the consumer and express yourself creatively, learning Illustrator is a great place to start.

Advantages of Learning Illustrator

Learning Illustrator instantly gives you an advantage while seeking work in fields like graphic design, marketing, entertainment, publishing, and more. Instead of relying on the basics, your Illustrator skills show that you are able to take simple designs and turn them into something eye-catching and polished. The tools and techniques on Illustrator make logos, graphics, and illustrations look more professional and help you engage with the consumer or intended audience in a meaningful way. Not to mention, you can apply these skills across all kinds of industries and career paths. In short, Illustrator gives you the creative freedom to express yourself without sacrificing any practical, technical skills that can get your foot in the door of any company or industry you choose.

What Can You Do With Illustrator Training?

Branding Materials

With Illustrator training, you can design professional-looking logos, icons, graphics, and other branding materials that are both visually engaging and strategically designed. You’ll learn to stand out by using vector tools to create consistency across all websites, applications, and social media pages. You will also learn how to apply these skills to print materials, such as business cards or flyers. In short, Illustrator gives you control over the way your brand is reflected in the real world, offering you the chance to add flair, personality, and style to the designs.

Graphic Design

You can also learn more about the world of graphic design by learning Illustrator. With Illustrator, you can work with both print and digital media that will catch the attention of consumers, passersby, and intended audiences. The tools and techniques you can use on Illustrator enable you to produce marketing materials that convey clear information and persuade the viewer. The tools are precise and let you create scalable vector graphics with ease, knowing your work will look clear and consistent across all platforms. Whether you’re interested in working on purely creative projects or putting your marketing skills to the test, Illustrator is a necessary addition to your graphic design education and vice versa.

Data Visualizations

Beyond the purely creative projects, Illustrator is a tool for effective communication. In data analysis and visualization, conveying complex information in an easily digestible way is vital. Illustrator can help make data easier to understand through infographics, charts, and diagrams that break down the findings. This skill is incredibly useful in fields like marketing, data analysis, education, and tech, where clear visual storytelling is necessary to learn what steps to take next.

How to Decide Which Illustrator Class is Right For You?

Finding the right Illustrator class for you is more than just considering what you’d like to learn. While that’s part of it, it’s important to consider your overall goals. If you want to start a new career, you’ll need a more in-depth course than if you just want to advance in your current skills. Likewise, it’s important to think about how you learn best, when you can learn, and what you’re willing to pay. It also helps to learn from others to get their perspective on what it’s like to work with Illustrator.

Content

Determining what type of course you need to enroll in usually starts with examining the course content. This is an important thing to consider since you need a course that aligns with your goals. Some will zero in on one particular aspect of Illustrator, whereas other courses are geared towards certain professions. Likewise, you can find short courses and more in-depth programs that will serve different people in different ways. Whatever your goals, it’s important to find something that helps you get where you want to go.

Delivery Method

Next, think about how you learn best. Some people find it easy to learn in an online setting, whether that be with a live instructor or on their own at their own pace. Others may find this too overwhelming or perhaps not stimulating enough. In that case, it’s worth it to explore in-person options. If you’re learning with a group, onsite corporate training is a great idea since everyone can learn at the same pace and at the same time. Ultimately, you want to choose a format that fits your learning style and keeps you engaged with the material.

Budget and Schedule

Your schedule and budget may play a huge role in whether you choose one course over another. More intensive, immersive classes are typically going to cost more. Keep in mind that although more pricey, they offer more skills and training, which pays off more in the long run. If you want to receive more structured training but don’t have time for a commute, this could also play a role. The time you’re able to dedicate to learning each week can heavily influence your choice. The goal is to strike a balance between what you need and what you’re able to give so that you don’t feel like you’re breaking the bank or wearing yourself too thin.

Reviews

Don’t forget to read what other people are saying about this class! This is a useful resource that can help you choose the right one for you. Although some reviews should be taken with a grain of salt, the majority are really illuminating. You can learn more about the course materials and structure, in addition to the instructor’s teaching style, all before setting foot into the (physical or digital) classroom. Honest reviews can make a world of difference when choosing a class that matches up to your expectations.
