All audit organizations need seasoned leadership to set mission direction, plan the audit program and products, organize the work process, select, develop, and motivate staff; control quality, measure, and report performance. Audit leadership requires new skills in business acumen, human relationships/staff development, and decision-making to achieve high-performance objectives. A certificate in Audit Leadership prepares great auditors to also become great audit leaders.
