Through expert-led instruction and real-world case studies, participants learn to manage cybersecurity risks, modernize IT systems, and apply data-driven strategies that enhance service delivery and mission success.
Unit 3 4 Days
This course is designed to help federal program and project managers gain the expertise to design and manage complex IT architectures that align with agency missions and modernization goals. Through expert-led instruction and applied exercises, participants learn to apply enterprise architecture principles, strengthen cybersecurity integration, and develop secure, scalable, and compliant IT systems that drive mission success.
Bonus 4 Hours
Participants will engage in case studies, policy analysis, and hands-on exercises focused on establishing governance structures, managing cross-functional risks, overseeing third-party solutions, and responding to evolving legal and ethical requirements. The course emphasizes actionable strategies for embedding AI governance into agency policies, procurement, and daily operations.
