I would recommend this course to others because of the instructor's knowledge and the quality of the material. I like how the course content and material reinforced key concepts, and I liked having the participant guide to follow along with the slide presentation.

A masterclass in instruction: knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to follow. My overall experience with this course was exceptionally positive. Combining an outstanding instructor with well-structured material made this one of the most effective training sessions I have attended thus far.

I enjoyed the class and gained some new knowledge. I appreciated all the websites that were given for updated information, and that could be used once we finished the class. The instructor was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Sometimes I would get lost in the different situational stories. All in all, the class was great!
