In this course, you’ll expand on the foundation from our Project Management Level 1 class to complete your understanding of all five stages of project management.
Once a project is in motion, the project manager’s role is to keep everything running efficiently, ensuring tasks are finished on schedule and within budget. When the project concludes, it’s time to finalize all work and record lessons learned to improve future projects.
Gain skills in managing budgets and costs, allocating limited resources, and estimating/tracking activity expenses to keep the project within financial constraints.
You’ll also be introduced to Agile Project Management and how it differs from the Waterfall approach. Explore popular Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming (XP). Understanding a range of project methodologies will allow you to choose the most effective management style based on your project’s unique requirements.
Knowledge/skills equivalent to our Project Management Level I course is required.
