Frank Borrelli

Frank recently retired as Emeritus Administrator from California State University, Stanislaus, where he was employed for over 36 years. Over the course of his career, he advanced through several promotions before serving as Director of Support Services, overseeing Property Control, Shipping and Receiving, Surplus Property and Sales, Records Management, Mail Services, and the Print Shop. He has more than 40 years of experience in logistics, material handling, and asset management. Earlier in his career, he also worked for E&J Gallo Winery and studied Business Production and Operations Management at Modesto Jr. College and CSU Stanislaus.
A long-standing member of the National Property Management Association (NPMA), Frank joined in 1993 and earned his CPPM Certification in 2007. In 2016, he received the Andrew C. Anderson Lifetime Achievement Award for his lifelong commitment and contributions to NPMA. He currently serves as Treasurer and Director of Chapter Support and Professional Development for NPMA’s Western Region, as well as Secretary of the Higher Education and Research Chapter. He has held multiple leadership roles at the chapter level, served as a proctor, and is now a Certification Instructor developing new courses in asset management and logistics. Frank also teaches and develops supply management courses for federal employees and contractors as a faculty member with Graduate School USA.
Throughout his career, Frank has been recognized for excellence and service. He received the University’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2009 and the President’s Commendation Medal in 2012. In addition, he volunteered for 17 years as President of the CSUEU Union at CSU Stanislaus, dedicating his efforts to workplace problem-solving and advocacy.
Outside of his professional commitments, Frank enjoys family life with his wife, Rosemary, of more than 40 years, and their son Dominic and daughter-in-law Addie, both CSU Stanislaus graduates who now work as high school teachers in their community. He is also an avid Oakland Athletics and Dallas Cowboys fan. Active in his local community, Frank leads his church’s Knights of Columbus Council and previously served as President of the School Board at Central Catholic High School, where he was once a student himself.
