I don't always conduct JA, but when I do, I contact GRAD SCHOOL USA ... stay analytical, my HR friends... This course was well thought out, well prepared by Victoria, and nicely organized. It was a good use of our time and effort in learning the subject matter. Victoria did a wonderful job during both days of JA training and our classmates were very helpful and supportive. I had fun with this experience. I will say, this is a tough platform for me to do my best learning over two days, though. I am better at fully paying attention in person, so audio and video on laptop is just tough for me at times, but I love the convenience of logging in from my current workstation so there are pros and cons there to consider (I'll need to continue to adapt to remote learning)... yet, I learned a lot of useful techniques and processes and am very grateful for the well facilitated class on JA by our facilitator, thank you.

I would love to take this class again in the future. It is a lot of content in a short amount of time, and I am wondering what I would pick up on if I had the chance to take the course again. Rhonda did a great job explaining the job analysis for Federal hiring work.
