There is a lot of information and regulations to be aware of, but having real case study examples has been very helpful in grasping the information for someone who is new to qualifications analysis and classification. I really appreciate having and utilizing the training resources and links document throughout this course. I will definitely be referring to those resources, as well as the Participant Guide, in the future.

Rhonda was wonderful. It is obvious she has a lot of experience in HR, and that is really appreciated. In some trainings, I have had instructors who are there just to read the slides and not offer content. Rhonda offered content. I would take another course with her again. The content was relevant and helpful. My office has been tasked with additional things we do not have training on, such as Job Analysis. The Participant Guide was really nice and will be super helpful when working.
