This class is pretty timely. I think senior leadership should be required to take a version of the course so we don't run into roadblocks when we try to help the agency avoid embarrassment. I was very hesitant to take the class because two weeks away from work will result in massive amounts of emails and tasks upon my return. I enjoyed it so much, I will request subsequent training courses - preferably with Denise again. Denise Cairo is extremely knowledgeable. The very extensive experience demonstrates itself through narratives and stories, tying the otherwise "dry" lectures to real life. I found examples from real life very helpful in understanding the concepts, implementations, and anomalies. What could be a bone-dry, extremely boring (and thus very forgettable) class was made alive, engaging, and very instructional.
