The instructor was great and moved at a great pace while allowing everyone to share and participate. The vibe was welcoming and professional. I enjoyed the thought-provoking exercises. The small group class size was also a bonus, as I don't think the class would have produced the same level of personalized learning with a larger group.
This course was a good experience. I think we all learned about PDs. Trina was excellent. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful.
Carol is a great instructor. She is knowledgeable and engaging. I've taken the introductory supervision course several times over the years due to the OPM requirement and the leadership philosophies of my various agencies. This is one of the better sessions.

Michelle Cummings was a great instructor. She made the class easy to follow, fun, and engaging. The content of the class was perfect for real-world scenarios. I liked the various exercises we had. My overall experience of this class was positive. Being an introvert, I was nervous and not really looking forward to the class, but I actually enjoyed it and feel more confident.

This is my first course with the Graduate School, and I was very pleased with the experience. The course content was well-designed with a lot of exercises to help understand the objectives. I recommend Graduate School USA courses for new employees of the federal government. Heather is an excellent trainer and facilitator! She kept participants engaged for two full days. She was also patient when answering questions AND frequently checked in with participants to see how they were doing and/or if there were any questions.
