Great class- content and presentation were valuable. I think Alan was very interesting and provided examples that kept the class motivated to continue. This class provided the foundation I needed to fill in the instructional gaps I have in ER.

Frank Pope is very engaging and makes the course fun with his comments and jokes. He was great about identifying the experience level of the students so we didn't spend too much time on more basic material. He was impartial, calling on everyone to participate and allowing for a variety of comments and discussions. Great instructor, fun group, easy-to-follow and thorough material.
