This is a great class for HR and EEO practitioners who want to understand and advance the federal workforce. This class is necessary for all people-oriented practitioners and future leaders. Content was up to date and presented interesting case studies. I loved the small class size because it gave everyone an opportunity to be present and active in the class. Adrianna is amazing! She has a wealth of knowledge on HR principles and business acumen. She has a great pulse on the current workforce constraints in the federal workforce and private sector. She is encouraging and insightful, and I hope to work with her again soon
