The Level II Management and Program Analysis Certificate Program is designed to build on foundational analytical skills and deepen participants’ expertise in data analysis, statistical techniques, and effective communication. This advanced program empowers learners to design analytical studies, use sophisticated analytical tools, and interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making. With a focus on data analysis and storytelling, participants will also refine their ability to present analysis results clearly, confidently, and persuasively. By completing Level II, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of analytical methodologies, enabling them to convey their insights effectively to key stakeholders and enhance their impact in program and management analysis roles.
The program includes three levels of achievement with courses in analysis, technology, and communication. The Level I provides an introduction to management analysis and provide a foundation for working with data. Level II is designed to provide more intensive instruction in analysis and an analytical view to approaching work. Level III is focused on applying analytical skills.
Knowledge or experience aligned with Certified Management & Program Analyst Level I is required.

Unit 1 18 Hours
Unit 2 2 Days
This intermediate two-day course builds on descriptive statistics by covering inferential techniques for both categorical and quantitative data. Participants work through examples and exercises to understand hypothesis testing, estimation, and data-driven decision-making.
Unit 3 2 Days
Learn to plan and design analytical studies using a proven, systematic framework that connects data, context, and recommendations. This two-day workshop helps analysts develop well-structured research questions, design methodologies, and justify approaches for meaningful evaluation. Ideal for professionals developing studies in program evaluation or management analysis.
Unit 4 2 Days
Learn practical tools and techniques to enhance your management analysis skills, from comparing decision alternatives to designing process flows. This course equips analysts and decision-makers with strategies to solve problems and justify recommendations effectively.
Unit 5 2 Days
Master the art of data storytelling by analyzing data, crafting narratives, and designing impactful visuals. This hands-on course equips participants with techniques to communicate data findings effectively to decision-makers.
Unit 6 3 Days
Learn to speak confidently in front of groups by mastering audience engagement, presentation organization, and delivery skills. This course provides personalized coaching and practical exercises to help you overcome public speaking challenges.
